We proudly craft our products in Forest Grove, Oregon, using locally grown wood that’s milled and finished right here in the Pacific Northwest with Sherwin Williams Emerald Urethane premium paint.
We partner exclusively with trade professionals, builders, and designers who want quality, customization, and local craftsmanship they can trust.
As we expand across Oregon and Washington, we’re seeking motivated Independent Sales Representatives who love connecting with people and helping them design beautiful, functional spaces.
What You'll Do
Represent MOregon Shutters within your assigned territory (Oregon or Washington).
Develop and maintain relationships with builder, designers, and contractors.
Generate new leads through networking, cold calls, local events, and referrals.
Present and demonstrate products to customers using provided samples and materials.
Manage your pipeline from initial contact through order and installation.
Collaborate with our production and installation team to ensure exceptional service.

Compensation
10% commission for the first 3 months with new account.
5% for the remainder of the first year.
3% ongoing lifetime residuals for repeat sales.
3% ongoing lifetime residuals for repeat sales.
Realistic earnings potential: $60,000 $120,000+ per year based on performance.
Ideal Candidate
✔ Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently.
✔ Background in sales, home improvement, window coverings, construction, or design preferred (but not required).
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
✔ Reliable transportation and ability to visit clients within your region.
✔ Passionate about locally made, high-quality products and craftsmanship.
